Church Centre Manager (Job Share).
All Saints Church is seeking to appoint a Church Centre Manager on a
job share basis (2 posts x 15 hours per week shared over 5 days).
Salary for the post is £16,800 for 30 hrs per week to be shared on a Job
share basis. We’ve successfully appointed one person, and are now looking for the second half of the job share.
The purpose of the post is to manage all aspects of All Saints’ Church
Centre and Community Building, including managing lettings, ensuring
the Centre is ready for users, arranging maintenance and safety of
buildings and equipment and providing administrative support to clergy
and church officers. The post holder will need to meet all service users in
a professional and courteous manner and be proficient in Microsoft
office. Flexibility is required and the ability to work as part of a team.
One of the post holders will also be the reserve Designated Bar Person.
The post requires an exceptional degree of professionalism,
confidentiality and the ability to work in an ever changing environment,
where multi-tasking, sound decision making, self-motivation and
discretion are essential. The post-holder will need confidence and
proven organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
